Refund Policy:

The client(s) agree that where consulting fees are paid by Credit Card, they will not request a Charge Back or Refund from the Credit Card Company at any time. If the signature on the credit card is from someone other than the client(s), the clients assume full responsibility for any charge disputes with the cardholder.

As the consultation is billed on a flat service fee basis for clarity of billing, the Client agrees that the fees paid are not refundable for withdrawal of the case by the Client at any time. The outcome of this application is not guaranteed and no refunds are payable in the event of a refusal of the application.

Security Statement:

Visions Canada will not sell, trade, or otherwise pass on any information collected from users of our web site. Detailed client information and credit card information sent to us go through our secure server to protect your information. This assessment form is not an official form and we make no guarantee regarding your eventual success in applying to immigrate.
